In my current role as the Tech Lead at Adminis, I wear many hats – I’m not only the Tech Lead but also a Product Manager, Team Lead, and People Lead. This diverse mix of responsibilities keeps me deeply involved in every facet of our projects. From hands-on coding and problem-solving with my team to guiding product strategy and nurturing our team’s growth, my leadership style centers on creating an environment where innovation thrives and every voice is valued. It’s how we stay at the cutting edge in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Outside of my work at Adminis, my passion for technology doesn’t take a backseat. I’m actively engaged in the .NET and AWS communities, creating Pluralsight courses and regularly updating my tech blog with the latest insights and developments. As a member of the AWS Community Builders program, I enjoy the dual role of learner and educator, contributing to and enriching the broader tech community.
